What started as a personal hobby to get fit transformed into a business, Encompass Fitness.
Over the last 5 years, Coach Michael has immersed himself in the industry through countless research, attending international fitness seminars and after working with some renowned coaches, he realized that he too has a passion to help others.
With a background in N1 Training/Education and Precision Nutrition, Michael also has an appreciation and ability to teach biomechanics and execution – specializing in weight lifting.
As your coach, Michael understands that each person has their own unique challenges and believes in working collectively as a team with each client, empowering them with the skills they need to be successful.
Encompass Fitness goes beyond workouts and food plans, it encompasses all factors of your health.
